43 U.S.C. Title 38, §§ 4301-4333 generally provides that employees called to active duty (including Reserve Guard training) must be reinstated to their former civilian employment without loss or pay grade or rank. This Act also generally prohibits retaliation against any employee because of his or her military status or because he or she invokes or relies upon the protections of this statute.
